Los premios BRIT Awards 2025 se celebraron anoche en Londres con Charli XCX como gran ganadora de los galardones de la industria británica.
La cantante de Cambridge tenía 5 nominaciones y se llevó a casa los cinco premios. Ganó en las categorías de álbum del año, artista del año y artista de baile, y su colaboración con Billie Eilish, ‘Guess’, se llevó a casa el premio a la Canción del año. También había sido nombrada como ganadora del premio al compositor del año.

La ceremonia se llevó a cabo en el O2, y se transmitió en vivo por ITV1 e ITVX. El comediante y actor Jack Whitehall volvió a presentar la gala por primera vez desde 2021, la quinta vez que la presenta.
Dua Lipa, The Last Dinner Party («mejor artista nuevo») y Ezra Collective («grupo del año») habían sido nominados a cuatro premios cada uno, mientras que Myles Smith recibió nominaciones en tres categorías y ya había sido anunciado como ganador del premio Rising Star 2025.
En esta ocasión Dua Lipa naufragó, no se llevó ni un solo premio de los cuatro a los que estaba nominada.
Entre los artistas que actuaron en la gala estuvieron Sabrina Carpenter, Sam Fender, JADE, Teddy Swims, The Last Dinner Party, Myles Smith, Lola Young, Ezra Collective y Jorja Smith. Shaboozey tenía que haber actuado, pero se vio obligado a retirarse.
